The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of any services will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement between you and the Company.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Not use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Intellectual Property

The website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AB Core Digital LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Client Work Product

Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement:

• Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed deliverables as specified in the applicable SOW
• We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in the development process
• We reserve the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during project work
• We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place

5. Payment Terms

For paid services:

• Payment terms will be specified in the applicable service agreement or SOW
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by applicable law
• We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding payments

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information received during the course of the business relationship. This obligation does not apply to information that:

• Was already publicly available at the time of disclosure
• Becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party
• Was independently developed by the receiving party
• Is required to be disclosed by law or court order

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AB Core Digital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill
• Service interruption or computer damage
• Cost of substitute services
• Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the services during the six (6) months prior to the claim.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:

• The operation or availability of the website
• The accuracy or completeness of any content
• The results that may be obtained from using our services
• The suitability of our services for any particular purpose

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the services will immediately cease
• Any outstanding payment obligations will remain in effect
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in full force

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and AB Core Digital LLC regarding the use of our website and services, superseding any prior agreements.
